Dr Vipul Arora, M.S., FACS is a graduate and post graduate in Ophthalmology from Sayajirao Medical College, Vadodara. He was further trained at Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai under mentorship of Dr Usha Kim. He further did his ICO (Oculoplasty) fellowship from New York Eye & Ear Infirmary & Observership from Columbia University, New York under Dr Micheal Kazim. He was a Phaco instructor for ICO fellows and as consultant at Mahatme Eye hospital in Nagpur and also as an Assistant professor for one year at MGIMS, Wardha for teaching under graduate and post graduate in Ophthalmology. He has 14 publications in various National and International Journals and is actively involved in presentations and CMEs. He won Dr A C Agarwal trophy in DOS for his presentation on DCR surgery. He worked for 2 years in Sewa Rural Hospital in Bharuch Gujarat post his residency where he served rural population and was involved in various Sight savers projects. He worked in Eye Q group of hospital for 7 years before opening his own hospital. He is presenting running his NABH (Entry level) accredited Vedanta Jyoti Eye Hospital in Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
